In this video, 3rd-degree Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and fitness expert Nicolas Gregoroiades demonstrates a simple workout that has a nice balance of most of the major movement patterns used in grappling and BJJ. All you need is your own body and a kettlebell and you're good to go. Feel free to tailor the rep and set ranges to whatever you feel gives you the best results.
