'21st Century Samurai'

For our very first episode, we have none other than the legendary Roy Dean. Roy holds black belts in Aikido, Judo and traditional Ju-Jitsu. He is also a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is considered by many to be one of the best martial instructors in the world. He is a super-intelligent, humble and professional individual and listening to his views is always fascinating. In this episode, we discuss traditional vs functional martial arts, the role of jiu-jitsu in the development of our respective psyches and also some of Roy's 'off the mat' philosophies. You can find out more about Roy at his website.
